The customer portal implements a secure authentication system where:
- Internet Banking Activation: Must be activated by bank staff before customer access
- Secure Login: Uses access code and password sent via email
- Self-Service Features: Customers can only view their accounts status
- Joint Account Access: Joint owners can access shared accounts with their assigned permissions
This customer-centric approach ensures secure and convenient banking while maintaining regulatory compliance and security standards.
