The customer portal V2.1 introduces significant enhancements including:

Status Update Process:

  1. Access customer profile
  2. Click "More Actions" menu
  3. Select "Update Status"
  4. Choose new status
  5. Provide reason for status change
  6. Confirm status update

Status Types and Reasons

Active Customer account is active and operational
Inactive Customer account temporarily suspended
Suspended Customer account suspended for compliance
Closed Customer account permanently closed

  1. Access Customer Creation: Click "Create Customer" in customer management
  2. Select Customer Type: Choose Individual, Business, or Organization

  5. Assign Economic Agent Code: Link economic agent code if applicable
