Dashboard

Introduction

The Dashboard is a centralized analytics and oversight workspace designed for internal staff to monitor, analyze, and manage the institution’s operational, financial, and compliance activities. It provides real-time and historical insights across customers, accounts, transactions, loans, expenses, and internal treasury operations. The dashboard is built to support data-driven decision-making, risk management, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Each section of the dashboard focuses on a specific operational domain, presented through clear metrics, charts, trends, and filters that allow staff to drill down into meaningful insights.

We have also Jump to analytics which has a dropdown of all the sections that are on the dashboard and allows user to choose and autotmatically jump to the chosen section

General: Provides an overall summary of the bank’s operational and financial performance through key metrics and high-level indicators.

Currency: Displays analytics related to supported currencies, including usage distribution and transaction trends across different currencies.

Accounts: Shows insights into bank accounts, including total accounts, account statuses, and account activity levels.

Customers: Provides an overview of customer data, highlighting customer growth, classifications, and engagement levels.

Transactions: Presents detailed transaction metrics such as volumes, values, and processing status across the system.

Loans: Displays loan-related analytics, including applications, approvals, repayments, and loan performance indicators.

Transaction Activity: Analyzes transaction behavior over time, helping staff monitor peak periods, frequency, and activity trends.

Transaction Type and Channel: Breaks down transactions by type (e.g., transfers, payments) and channel (e.g., internet banking, mobile, branch) to evaluate usage patterns.

Bank Profit: Summarizes profitability insights by analyzing revenue, fees, interest income, and overall financial performance.

Summary

The Dashboard brings together critical operational and financial analytics into a single, intuitive interface. By providing structured insights across customers, accounts, loans, expenses, transactions, and internal funds, it empowers staff to operate efficiently, manage risk proactively, and maintain compliance with confidence.
